Help Is Available

Domestic violence can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, background, income, or relationship status. If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, confidential support is available. You do not have to face it alone.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. All organizations below provide free, confidential support. Call the organization before visiting to confirm services, hours and the safest location to meet.

Digital Safety

Internet and device activity may be monitored and can be difficult to erase completely. If that is a concern, consider using a safer device to contact an advocate. The National Domestic Violence Hotline also provides digital-safety information.
